PTFE CNC machining is the process of cutting precision components from PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and related high-performance polymers using computer-numerically-controlled machine tools. The result is parts with tight dimensional tolerances, smooth surface finishes, and the exact geometry specified in your drawing.
We machine PTFE and filled PTFE grades, as well as UHMWPE, PEEK, and other engineering polymers. From a simple bush or bearing to a complex multi-axis valve component — if it's in a drawing, we can make it.

PTFE, filled PTFE grades, and other engineering polymers for demanding applications.
Pure PTFE with maximum chemical purity. Best for food, pharmaceutical, and ultra-high-purity applications. Maximum chemical resistance across pH 0–14.
PTFE filled with 25% glass fiber. Improved dimensional stability and compressive strength compared to virgin PTFE. Slightly reduced chemical resistance in strong alkalis.
PTFE filled with carbon or graphite. Excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance. Improved creep resistance under load. Good for dry-running and abrasive media.
PTFE with graphite filler. Excellent self-lubricating properties. Good thermal conductivity. Ideal for bearings, bushings, and sliding applications where oil or grease is not available.
PTFE with molybdenum disulfide (MOS₂) additive. Improved wear resistance and lower coefficient of friction compared to virgin PTFE. Good for dynamic sealing and bearing applications.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Excellent impact resistance and abrasion resistance. FDA-compliant. Lower temperature limit than PTFE (-200°C to +80°C) but superior for wear and impact.
Polyether ether ketone. High-performance engineering polymer with excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and temperature capability (+250°C continuous). FDA grades available.
Fluoropolymers similar to PTFE but with slightly different properties. FEP has lower temperature limit (+200°C) but is transparent and melt-processable. PFA offers higher temperature capability (+260°C) with similar properties to PTFE.
