Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant Tape

Made from 100% expanded PTFE, this joint sealant tape is a dynamic seal that reliably seals large, complex, or damaged flanges. Simply tear the tape and paste it onto the flange surface — no special tools required. Ideal for standard and non-standard flanges alike.

How to Apply

No special tools, no curing time, no training needed. Three simple steps to a reliable seal.

Select & Cut

Choose the correct width for your flange. Tear the tape to length — no knife or scissors needed. Overlap the joint by 3–5mm.

Apply to Flange

Peel and stick the tape onto the flange surface. Press firmly along the entire sealing surface to ensure good contact.

Bolt & Pressurize

Assemble the joint and tighten bolts. The tape compresses to fill imperfections, voids, and surface irregularities.
