Expanded PTFE sheet is a soft, compressible gasket material made of 100% pure expanded PTFE. It is in place with almost any sealed surface of the ground gasket. When compressed, it forms a thin and hard filling surface and forms a very tight seal. Compared with any other soft gasket, it can withstand a wider pressure, temperature and chemical environment.

Our joint sealant can be used for any accessible bolt joint with a flat or jagged sealing surface. It is also easy to install and disassemble, making it a highly versatile and cost-effective solution for many demanding sealing applications.

Fitting Sealant, UHF EZ Sealed Washer and SQ-S Gasket Material is made of 100% raw PTFE products. INERTEX products are produced by a unique process.

Our ultra-high frequency process produces uniform height microfibers. This proportion of high fibrillation leads to millions of interlocking fibrils, providing significantly lower CREEP and COLD FLOW properties than other expanded PTFE products. More compact, easier to compress, less clamping force, and fill the flange surface irregularly than other liner products easier.

The product forms a very strong internal structure into a higher bolt load to maintain, and with a closer sealing gasket. This provides the user with less access to each gasket joint.

Because it is formed on the ground washer, the joint sealant is well suited for large diameter applications such as pressure vessels, tank covers, heat exchangers, manholes, etc. can also be used to form any irregularly shaped device with a gasket.

Sealed pluggable washers are prefabricated rigid insertable gaskets suitable for all standard ANSI flanges 150 # and 300 # classes.

Due to the characteristics of 100% Vitamin PTFE, all products are completely free from all common chemical substances and will not deteriorate with age. Does not contaminate the flow medium, and does not leave a residue on the sealing surface when removed.
