Ordinary PTFE tubing is white opaque, mainly ducts, hoses, pipe liner, braided tubes and so on. PFA physical, electrical and chemical properties similar to Teflon 3 / The main difference between the two is that PFA is a melt processable thermoplastic. PFA tube has excellent resistance to stress cracking and bending life, but the permeability is not as good as PTFE. PFA tube metal ion content is very low, and at higher temperatures to maintain strong mechanical strength and burst pressure. Its chemical purity conforms to the FDA requirements, the temperature is up to 260 ℃.

PTFE stands for polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, PFA is polyperfluoroalkoxy ester plastic. Both have almost the same high temperature (the maximum operating temperature of 220 degrees), acid corrosion resistance, but PTFE hardness, easy processing, even if processed into the pipe is also easy to break fracture.
